Naughty First

Janet was so worried about her best friend, Beth. She has split up with her boyfriend who she caught in the bedroom with other woman. She felt humiliated and when he was trying to explain like any typical men who were deceitful to their partners, she slapped him hard on the face. She screamed hysterically at him and told him to go to hell with the woman and swallowed back every word he ever said to her. She left him dumbfounded with a broken heart where she believe would heal for a long time to come.

So, when she locked herself in her bedroom for weeks, her house mate, Janet, was the one who took care of her. She encouraged her to go out more, but she did not feel enthusiastic about meeting other people especially men. Janet secretly arranged a dating service for her. At first, she was mad because she was not ready. She was trying to make her understand that, but something in the corner of her heart urged her to take a peek into the dating service site. She smiled when she saw her profile photo posted by Janet in the dating service site. She described her exactly as what she would write about herself. She was scrolling down the emails she has been receiving and replied to all of them. She was making friends with all the men without clear intentions.

One of the men told her that he was not interested in the dating service site, but his friend pushed him to do so. His wife has been cheating on him and he was not really interested in looking for relationship at that moment. In fact, he was merely needed someone to listen to him who would understand what he has gone through. Beth was suddenly interested in getting to know this man. When she told him about her past break up, she felt something was relieved from her heart. She did not expect him to respond, but he did. They wrote each other and shared how they have gone through each passing day. They became each other ears.

They did not arrange for any special date when they met, but it was just a brief encounter. However, it left something special between them. When she thought it was time to move on and to let go of the past, the man had said exactly the same words to her. So, they went out for a date and this time he took her to a dinner at a restaurant nearby the beach. It was a starry night and the atmosphere was so overwhelming. They were trying to avoid each other body contacts, but failed. They kissed and she could feel real love in the air.
