Naughty First

Are you in favor of gay dating? Well personally, I do not have the right to reject this proposal. I may say that gays are people too and they deserve to love and be loved just like anybody else.

Three years ago, I was in my senior year. This is probably the highlight of every one's life - because this is our turning point from ending the adolescent years and going to young adulthood. I could say that I truly enjoyed my senior year. As a teen, I met different people from our campus and even outside. Our university is not so strict with regards to relationships. It's a co-educational school. It's a good thing I graduated from such a school because this is what opened my eyes to reality of every person's personality. I came to know boys, girls, gays, and lesbians.

Dealing with gays and lesbians is not different from dealing with boys and girls. They are even more fun people. I think lots of people do not understand them nor accept them in the society.

I had this special memory about a certain friend. We had not talked with each other because of a certain incident. OK, here's how it happened...

We were then in our senior year and my guy friend, Jerry, wanted to court my other friend who happens to be a gay, Marco. But with other boys' presence, he prefers to be called "Monica".

Jerry did not know that Monica is gay because she is a cross-dresser. She really looks beautiful and soft, though gay. Since I believe that gay dating is not bad at all, I set them up. They enjoyed each other's company.

Months came and it was already our prom night. Jerry asked Monica to be his partner for the night. So Monica liked the idea. They were together all night. But suddenly as the music went romantic, Jerry asked her to dance. He held her soft hands and ready to make his proposal with a soft voice when suddenly, a bunch of rude boys interrupted their dance and called Monica with his real first name "Marco"! Jerry did not continue with his proposal and walked out, knowing that he danced with a gay. He cannot take what he did all this time. And he blamed me for that. I must have told him that my friend is gay. I apologized to him but he never talked to me again.

Now, I wonder what makes gays differ and why can't they be accepted. Jerry preferred to break our friendship just because of gay dating he committed because of me. Third-sex need acceptance from people. And I do accept them...
