Naughty First

I was having a conversation with my 24 year old daughter the other day about on-line dating and of course the swinging scene. She just looked at me as though you are one cool mom to be talking about swinging. I wonder if she really knows what swinging is in her mind. Is she thinking swinging as in a monkey cage, swinging her hips, or just what was she thinking?

As we continued our little talk, I kept looking at her and had visions of her of how sweet she was when she was a little baby. But then, I guess all babies are sweet when they are little. Well back to my conversation with her, even though I am thinking she wants me to be quiet.

Now, let me ask you this? I know you have a computer and you are on it almost every night, but have you ever wondered about one of those on-line dating sites. Once again, she looks at me and is thinking, Mom you are so very sweet, but I really do think you have lost it. Yes, Mom, I know all about those on-line dating sites. Would you like to read everything I have written to them?

Boy that hit my brain like a fence post. WHAM! Ouch that hurt! My little girl that I love so much knows about on-line dating sites. I do wonder if she knows anything about love. Well at least she has the power not to get trapped into an on-line dating site. One person can say they love you all they want, and make up stories about how sweet you are, how adorable you are, and just keep going on and on.

Well let's see, what topics I have covered so far! I have covered on-line dating, swinging, and what love means. I think I have pretty well covered the topics I wanted to share with my daughter. Not so much the love part, because she will learn that in time. Well, I think in the over all outlook, I am a pretty good Mom, for having an open conversation with her! What do you all think!
